When transferring you existing cPanel to Digital Surfer we require your existing cPanel username & password.
The migration request is submitted and is usually completed within 24 hours
Once all file transferred the domain nameservers will be updated to point to the new server (this can take between 4-24 hours). During this time there maybe some downtime with the website and mail as all domain servers around the globe update to the new server IP address.
