When a customer places an order both the customer and store admin will receive an email to advise new order placed.
You may process the order via the backend of the website (or app if activated)
Processing orders from the Dashboard
- click WooCommerce
(all orders will be displayed)
Orders paid with Credit Card or PayPal with have status "Processing"
- select the order you would like to open
This page will display the customer details
- you may add any shipping tracking (optional)… if supplied this will be included on email order confirmation to client
The order will include any notes or additional options requested
To process the order as complete change status to COMPLETE
You may add any internal notes (select private) or can email the customer direct from the order page (see below)
Any additional information (if newsletter subscriptions, preferred deliver date will be listed below)
Once order completed the customer will be emailed a copy of their order with any shipping tracking number (if included)
